Originally from Lviv, a city known for its rich culture and culinary traditions, the Bilovols decided to follow their dream of sharing the flavors of their homeland with the world. They found their way to Strathroy, a cozy town west of London, and U.Cake was born.

Our specialty is the art of macarons, those dainty French-style sandwich cookies made with almond flour. Our macarons come in a variety of enchanting flavors, like matcha, double chocolate, blackberry and lavender, and ruby chocolate. But that's not all - we're always dreaming up new creations.
